Definitions:
Kinhin is practiced between 2 periods of zazen. Walking the practitioner focuses attention on posture, breath and pace.
Sangha is the community of meditation practitioners.
Zazen is Zen meditation. Za – is the sitting position; Zen is meditative awareness.
